Make sure you are fully logged into the site here at CMC---if you go to the main page and it says LOG IN make sure to do that. Also are you using Mozilla or Google Chrome to access the class? That is important that you try a different internet browser as that sounds like the problem to me...also check that your internet security like Norton is allowing you to access the site.
What internet browser are you using to watch videos? Try using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome (both are free downloads) and make sure your flash player is up to date. If that doesn't work it sounds like it could be your internet security--you can turn your internet security off for 5 mins then see if the videos load ok. If that works you can set up the classroom as a safe site within your internet security. Also when you watch videos, are you double clicking them or just pressing the play button? If you want to make them bigger right click on video and click "full screen" to view them.
