Touch Twin Marker Info

Starting July 1st I will be formally working with and for Shinhan Art/Touch Twin Markers!  This is the first alcohol marker that I feel competes with at the same level as Copics BUT CHEAPER!

Now this does not mean that I am abandoning Copics because I am not, but I am working with the Touch Twins as a good alternative.  That means if you are starting out with alcohol markers they are worth the investment.  If you already have a lot of Copics in your collection, well these will work with them...so you can add to your collection with different combos and such.

They are refillable and have dual ends including a brush nib.  Right now there are 168 colors and there are more new ones on the way!

I will be creating more resources and videos and will add them here for you all!  If you have any questions about them don't hesitate to ask me.  Also check out their site HERE!

How does Touch Twin Code their markers 1 Reply

I am trying to understand the coding?  As with Copics they are in a sequence, however I don't think Touch Twin is the same way, for example BR 98 dark brown, BR 96 lighter brown, but BR 92 is in…Continue

I am excited too. I just ordered all the color combo's from Susana's

I only had the skin tones and three blue ones. I have all the Promarkers but find it is time to go to the brush markers. I was never able to afford the Copic's so I am very happy to get these and will add to them.

I am thrilled to bits... I just spend more $$ on another set of E copics (about 5 of them that continue to ruin my work) and I am so done... I change nibs, paper, make sure I am "flicking" and "feathering"  and I am good for awhile (maybe 10 images or so) and then the copic E's just glob all over my work and lift ink off... soooo hopefully I have an alternative with these markers... I am so glad you are going to provide some resources for us to learn to use them or combine them with our other copic markers. I LOVE my copics, don't mistake me, but I am so done spending hours (and money) working on images that end up in the garbage because of a "few bad markers" LOL--- Great news, Suzanne!!!

That's fabulous news and I am very happy and excited for you!   I think it sounds great and sounds like these will be the perfect way to add to my Copic collection and also great to for those who could not otherwise afford to try and create with alcohol markers.!!

Congrats again..!   I think this sounds like a wonderful new opportunity and venture for you!!   :)

Oh yes Lisa...they are the first super-competitive marker I've found for Copics and I love them.  I have had a secret and I will be working with them/for them now LOL.  I will be creating resources that show comparisons in colors, which color combos are diff from Copics and can be added to your collection and more.  So I'll have that info up in next 2 weeks and yes they are a great price!

I am very curious to learn more about these and see how you feel about them Suzanne.  I bought a set of (3) Skin-tone colors from Susana (SCACD) and so far, I really like them, but admit, I have not used them much.   I have now tried a few of the newer alcohol ink markers and have come out, since Copics became so popular -- And out of all those that I have now tried,  I really liked these the best and feel they are the closest  closest in the way they color etc.

At this price, I would definitely consider using more of these for added colors in the future and combine them with my Copics.   I do LOVE my Copics and I'm thrilled to own a very large set.   But, with their always increasing costs, it's great to think there may be a marker very close to Copic, at a far better price.  If I were starting new today, I think I would buy these and think it will be a great price for all those people, who simply can not afford Copics!!
